YOUR ASSESSMENT

If you have already Completed your FREE Consultation and Spoken with one of our Trainers, you are ready to move on to the Next Step in our Onboarding Process. 

​

You will need to Schedule a Thirty-Minute HEAL INITIAL EVALUATION, which includes: Measurements of Movement Compensations, Endurance Level, Body Composition, Fitness and Personal Goals, and Nutrition Monitoring.

​

We will work through a General Medical History and Discuss Results. This information will be used to Inform and Build your Exercise Programming.
